Who we are…<\/h2>\n

Dearborn LaSalle Advisors Inc. is a full service professional consulting firm. We have evolved over the years through the successful acquisition of other independent practices; as well as the growth of our original practice areas. Our professional focus involves addressing a client’s past initiatives, current strategic positioning, and future directives consistent with their own unique goals.<\/p>\n

We have structured our firm with distinctive Practice Groups:\u00a0 Accounting Services, Taxation Services, CFO Outsourcing, Recruiting & Placement, Strategic Advisory Consulting, and Finance Technology. We integrate our practice groups in order to provide \u201ccatalytic\u201d value to our clients.<\/p>\n

We strive to provide value-added services along with our task-oriented services. We carefully monitor budgetary constraints with our clients to ensure that services offered are in line with their financial parameters.<\/p>\n

The firm is founded on the principle that successful firms require Leaders, not Managers. Warren Bennis, a renowned writer on leadership and a Distinguished Professor of Business Administration at the University of Southern California, once wrote, \u201cA leader is, by definition, an innovator. He does things other people haven\u2019t done or don\u2019t do. He does things in advance of other people. He makes new things. He makes old things new. Having learned from the past, he lives in the present, with one eye on the future.\u201d<\/p>\n
